responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities:
- Install interior finishing elements in aircraft, such as seats, upholstery, carpets, toilets, and storage compartments.
- Configure aircraft in passenger or cargo mode.
- Consider client expectations and apply best work practices.
- Perform interior and exterior painting of aircraft.
- Restore and repair interior components to excellent condition.
- Collaborate on a variety of exciting and innovative projects.
Required skills:
You’re the ideal candidate if:
- You have hands-on experience in trim and finish work (e.g., upholstery, cabinetry, or material installation) and a keen eye for detail, even outside the aviation industry;
- Your manual dexterity is exceptional, and no detail escapes your keen eye;
- You’re flexible and can work on a rotation 5-4-4 schedule (5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on);
- You’re in good physical shape and undeterred by weather challenges;
- You’re willing to travel occasionally across Canada and internationally;
- You have a valid driver's license and a passport (or are eligible to obtain one);
- You’re proficient in English (spoken and written) for technical manuals and have a good knowledge of french (nice to have)
