responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on the necessary mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of aircraft;
- Inspect, repair, and replace faulty or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges, and testing equipment;
- Compose technical reports;
- Verify the structural and mechanical systems of aircraft, ensuring compliance with the performance and safety standards of Transport Canada and the company;
- Be willing to travel across Canada and occasionally to other countries.
- Act as technician onboard.

- Adherence to Procedures: Following maintenance procedures and aviation regulations is crucial. Technicians must be aware of applicable standards and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Team Spirit: Working collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and crew members is essential for solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders is essential to avoid ambiguity and ensure operational safety.
- Adaptability: Aviation is a constantly evolving field with new technologies and regulations. Being able to adapt quickly to changes is crucial.
- Professional Ethics: Technicians must demonstrate exemplary professional ethics by adhering to ethical standards and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Aircraft Maintenance Technology Diploma;
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of relevant experience;
- M2 licence
- Day and evening shifts;
- Valid passport;
- Valid driver's license;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Endorsement 737-200-300-400-800 (an asset);
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written (an asset);
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
