Nolinor is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician based in Saint-Hubert. This person will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities and building spaces, as well as stocking aircraft.
responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, upkeep, and general troubleshooting of the building across various trades: electrical work, plumbing, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc.;
- Carry out routine renovation and interior and exterior remodeling work;
- Stock aircraft;
- Conduct daily fuel analyses for aircraft;
- Receive fuel deliveries;
- Prioritize health and safety in the workplace;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Required skills:
- Possess a high school diploma;
- Experience in building maintenance or training from a trade school and/or related experience;
- Valid driver’s license;
- In good physical condition;
- Ability to work in all weather conditions;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications (plans, schematics, procedure manuals, etc.);
- Experience in the aviation industry; an asset
