Nolinor is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician based in Saint-Hubert. This person will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities and building spaces, as well as stocking aircraft.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, upkeep, and general troubleshooting of the building across various trades: electrical work, plumbing, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc.;
Carry out routine renovation and interior and exterior remodeling work;
Stock aircraft;
Conduct daily fuel analyses for aircraft;
Receive fuel deliveries;
Prioritize health and safety in the workplace;
Perform any other related tasks.

Required skills

Possess a high school diploma;
Experience in building maintenance or training from a trade school and/or related experience;
Valid driver’s license;
In good physical condition;
Ability to work in all weather conditions;
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Ability to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications (plans, schematics, procedure manuals, etc.);
Experience in the aviation industry; an asset
