Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for planning
flight crew schedules and reservations.
responsibilities:
- Effectively plan, monitor and adjust flight crew schedules;
- Daily monitoring of transport reservations (air and land) and accommodation for crews;
- Respond to requests from flight crew personnel and coordinate changes if necessary (vacation, leave requested, etc.);
- Respect and apply the regulations (CAR) in terms of crew schedules;
- Quickly schedule replacements on flights when pilots or flight attendants are absent;
- Ensure schedule changes are communicated to crew members in a timely manner;
- Establish an effective long-term action plan for overall schedule management.
Required skills:
- High school diploma;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Program (specifically Excel);
- Functional English, both oral and written;
- Experience in the Aviation industry, an asset;
- Experience in Transportation Logistics, an asset;
- Good ability to solve problems;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
- Highly organized.
