HR Business Partner
At Nolinor Aviation, HR isn’t a support function, it’s a lever. We’re looking for someone who gets that, who wants to build something, and who’s ready to commit to an organization where decisions happen fast and every person counts.
This role is as strategic as it is operational. One day you’re deep in a complex file. The next, you’re in the thick of it with a manager. That’s the Nolinor reality.
You’ll be the HR anchor of the organization: close to the managers, close to the field, and able to move from operational files to strategic thinking without losing the thread. You work in the real world, not in theory.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Management partner
Support managers day-to-day with sound judgment, not just policies.
Full HR file management
Handle labour relations, staffing, onboarding, and skills development.
Modernizing practices
Help structure and modernize the organization’s HR tools and processes.
Strategic support
Support leadership on strategic HR files and transformation projects.
Artificial intelligence and innovation
Explore and implement modern HR tools — including AI solutions — to drive efficiency and impact.
Policy application
Ensure consistent application of policies, with common sense and flexibility.

Requirements

- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational or fast-moving environment
- Natural leadership: you influence, persuade, and move things forward without needing formal authority
- Genuine curiosity for digital tools and AI : you’ve already gotten your hands on them and want to go further
- The ability to move between strategic and operational without losing your footing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in an environment that doesn’t slow down
- Clear, direct, and human communication ; with managers and employees alike
