Accounts payable clerk

Nolinor is looking for an Accounts payable clerk to join our Accounting department.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Verification, coding, entry and payment of invoices;
- Reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices;
- Verification of suppliers account statements;
- Production of administrative documents;
- Maintain filing systems and archive documents;
- Accounting for credit cards and expense accounts;
- Perform any other related duties.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Technical training in accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the software Avantage (or similar software);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
- French, spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with clients;
- Versatile, methodical and attention to detail;
- Honesty, discretion and respect of confidentiality rules.
