Captain Boeing 737
Nolinor Aviation is currently seeking a Captain on the Boeing 737-200 for its Yellowknife base. Please note that this position is not a rotational position.

Responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, manufacturer standards, and Nolinor directives;
- Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing;
- Ensure all crew members perform their duties properly and professionally during flight operations;
- Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS);
- Possibility of conducting line checks and providing line training;
- Participate in updates to aircraft procedures and manuals;
- Perform any other related duties as outlined in the Company Operations Manual.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL);
- Have PIC or FO jet hours, or PIC hours under 705;
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
- Hold a valid passport;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Customer service–oriented with the ability to build strong client relationships;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Flexible and able to adapt to a variable work schedule;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with passengers on board and various stakeholders.
