HR Advisor – 12-Month Contract (Mirabel)

Your role
You’ll be the main HR support for our managers and employees. It’s a hands-on generalist role where you step in, manage day-to-day needs, and keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Provide practical, clear HR guidance to managers.
- Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with our external partners.
- Handle employee questions and day-to-day HR requests.
- Manage employee relations issues with tact and good judgment.
- Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and initiatives.
- Ensure policies are applied consistently and communicated clearly.
