An ideal position for individuals looking to make the most of their availability and contribute to a dynamic team, with a casual on-call schedule requiring two availabilities per week, Monday to Friday, based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Application of Cabin Safety Procedures: Ensure passenger safety by strictly following safety instructions and emergency protocols.
- In-Flight Service: Provide quality service to passengers by addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.
- Emergency Situation Management: Be trained to effectively handle emergency situations in-flight, including evacuations, first aid and coordination of emergency procedures.
Core Tasks
- Conduct safety demonstrations for passengers before each takeoff and ensure all instructions are understood ;
- Maintain constant vigilance during the flight to detect any anomalies or situations requiring security intervention ;
- Execute emergency evacuation procedures and assist passengers during onboard incidents, following company protocols ;
- Respond to passenger needs for in-flight services, including meal distribution and support for passengers with special requirements ;
- Complete flight and incident reports after each mission, documenting all important observations and forwarding them to the Flight Attendant Liaison.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old ;
- Must hold a valid Canadian passport and driver’s license ;
- Must be bilingual (French and English) to effectively serve customers ;
- Must be available for a 6-week intensive training ;
- Must agree to a criminal background check ;
- Must be mobile to commute to the Mirabel base ;
- Must have relevant experience in the field of customer service.
