Quality Assurance Operations Investigator

Nolinor Aviation is looking for a Safety & Quality Investigator to join its Safety Office. This role is at the heart of our operations, supporting the Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) through investigations, audits and safety performance monitoring.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and understand the full scope of airline operations and aircraft maintenance. Working closely with all operational departments, you will gain broad exposure to flight operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic airline environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct and support safety investigations, risk assessments and corrective actions;
Manage safety data and monitor safety performance trends;
Participate in internal and external audits and continuous improvement activities;
Promote a strong safety culture and act as a liaison between the Safety Office and operations.

Requirements

Experience in aircraft maintenance, flight operations, or ground operations;
Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and quality principles;
Strong analytical, investigative and report-writing skills;
Basic computer skills;
French, spoken and written;
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with employees across our various locations.

Assets

Experience in a CARs 705 airline environment;
Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs);
Experience with FDM, reliability programs, or auditing activities.
