Who the fleet management service is for

For those who want an aircraft, without the weight of the structure.

Obtaining an air operator certificate is rarely the best use of your capital. Ours is already in place, and you gain access to it without carrying its constraints.

You are considering purchasing an aircraft

  • An aircraft can be bought. Capability has to be built.
Crews, maintenance, dispatch, training, insurance, inventory, compliance. These line items carry the majority of the real cost and rarely appear in the analysis presented to the board. Nolinor Aviation's fleet management service gives you access to our economies of scale.
  • A certificate cannot be bought.
Building an approved operation from the ground up is measured in years, not in quarters. Nolinor Aviation gives you rapid access to a certificate.
  • Holding a registration is not a service.
Buying a single aircraft guarantees no availability. The first heavy maintenance inspection or the first runway closure exposes the weakness of that plan. Nolinor Aviation gives you access to our entire fleet.

You already operate an aircraft

  • Backup changes everything.
A single grounded aircraft stops the rotation. Nolinor Aviation gives you access to a complete fleet, according to your needs.
  • Technical depth cannot be replaced.
When two or three people carry airworthiness, compliance and the memory of the organization, everything rests on them. Nolinor Aviation gives you access to a full team, covering multiple fields of expertise.
  • People stay where there is a future.
Pilots and aircraft maintenance engineers want to work for a growing transport company, where a career path exists. The Nolinor Aviation team offers them that prospect, which translates into a lower turnover rate.

What is a fleet management service?

You keep ownership, and Nolinor Aviation takes care of the rest

What it is not: not a charter contract, not a lease, and not a management firm that places your aircraft on a third party's certificate.

It is a complete air capability, operated by a carrier that has run one of the largest fleets of chartered Boeing aircraft in North America for more than 30 years. Whether you are evaluating a first aircraft or already operating a fleet, Nolinor Aviation gives you access to an air operator certificate (Subpart 705).

No certificate to obtain. No hangar to build. No maintenance organization to set up. No team to hire. We offer a turnkey solution.

What we take on

  • Operational control and regulatory responsibility
  • Flight crews, recruitment, training and qualification continuity
  • Maintenance, engineering and airworthiness management
  • Dispatch, flight following and operational control
  • Safety management system and audit readiness
  • Insurance and liability exposure
  • Spare parts inventory and supply chain
  • Aircraft selection, market search and acquisition support

What you keep

  • Ownership of the aircraft, the engines and the technical assets
  • The schedule and the service standard
  • Priority access to the aircraft assigned to your operation
  • Full visibility on cost and full audit rights
  • The decision on fleet composition, now and in the future
  • Your brand presence on board and on the aircraft
  • You buy a capability, not a project to manage.

What already exists

Six capabilities in service today.

Nothing that follows is yours to build. All of it runs every day, throughout the Canadian North, for operations that cannot afford to stop.

Flight operations

Commercial carrier, Subpart 705: standard operating procedures, crew recruitment and assignment, fatigue management, and planning focused on continuity rather than on a single aircraft.

Maintenance and engineering

Three maintenance lines across two provinces, dedicated engineering resources, maintenance control and airworthiness management. Unscheduled events are absorbed by an existing network instead of stopping the operation.

Supply chain and parts

Deep spare parts inventories and a structured rotable pool for the types we operate, backed by three decades of procurement relationships, so your operation never depends on a single order arriving on time.
Dispatch and operational control

Dispatch and operational control

Certified Type A flight dispatch with redundant capability across two independent provinces. Operational control never depends on one office, one system or one person.
Safety and compliance

Safety and compliance

A mature safety management system enhanced with artificial intelligence for trend detection and proactive risk management. BARS Gold certification, audit readiness and commercial airline insurance coverage.
Passenger experience, cargo and digital

Passenger experience, cargo and digital

On board catering and service tailored to your rotations, combi and freighter configurations for mixed loads, and custom digital tools for reservations, manifests, cargo requests and operational reporting.

Why Nolinor

Anyone can source an aircraft. The ecosystem behind it takes thirty years to build.

  • Over three decades operating in the most demanding environments in Northern Canada

  • A diverse fleet of Boeing 737 variants, along with other aircraft types used for specific missions
  • Experience with the Boeing 737, including the 737-200, 737-300, 737-400, and the Next Generation family, on both gravel and asphalt
  • Firsthand experience with importing, configuring, and certifying equipment for demanding Arctic missions
  • A group structure that adds maintenance, digital development, charter services, and technology to the carrier
  • Three maintenance lines and Type A-certified regulation in two provinces
  • A flight simulator that we own, which allows us to conduct initial and recurrent pilot training in-house rather than at a third-party facility
  • One of the most comprehensive parts inventories in the industry, built up over thirty years
  • Commercial Air Carrier Subpart 705 of Transport Canada
  • BARS Gold Certification

How it starts

Three steps, and the first one commits you to nothing.

  1. Study

Nolinor models the mission or audits the operation you already run, then delivers a written assessment. If you have no aircraft, it answers which type fits and what the capability truly requires. If you already fly, it establishes a baseline and a clear picture of risk and availability.
Type selection follows the mission, the runway, the payload and the cycles. It never follows our fleet.
Some organizations do not yet have the volume to justify a dedicated aircraft. When that is the answer, we say so, because we can also offer the alternative.

  2. Design

Aircraft, base, schedule, service level, governance and transition plan are defined jointly. Nothing is imposed, and the pace is set by operational continuity rather than by contract dates. You approve a complete capability, not an aircraft.

  3. Operate

Nolinor operates the fleet. Performance is measured against indicators agreed with you and reviewed at a fixed cadence, alongside full visibility on cost. As your infrastructure and payload requirements change, the fleet plan changes with them.

The questions we get

What a board of directors asks before saying yes.

A fully customized service, with your aircraft. That is all that matters.

Describe your mission. We will tell you what it truly requires.
