Flexibility and rapid response in emergency situations
In June 2023, an emergency situation arose at the Newmont/Eléonore mine in the James Bay/Abitibi region. Due to intense forest fires in the region, a preventive evacuation of the mine was ordered.
Faced with this situation, Nolinor Aviation was called in to ensure the safe transport of mine workers to Mirabel. Nolinor responded quickly and efficiently, mobilizing a Boeing 737 to carry out the mission.
