Aircraft Interior Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Make the installation of aircraft interior finishing elements such as the seats, linings, toilets and storage space;
  • To monitor the installation, the wiring, piping and insulation;
  • Ensure compliance with customer expectations and design methods;
  • Be prepared to travel regularly across Canada and occasionally in other countries.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a professional degree in a related field, an asset;
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work on flexible working shifts (day, evening and weekend);
  • Good manual dexterity;
  • Being in good physical shape;
  • Experience in the aviation industry, an asset.

Aircraft Structures Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to prescription, technical drawings, manuals and other procedures;
  • Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
  • Perform routine maintenance and reporting;
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
  • Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation’s quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule;
  • Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
  • Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;
  • Adhere to and implement safety policies;
  • Perform other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
  • Mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability;
  • Familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual and sheet-metal tools;
  • Excellent judgment and attention to details;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written.

Avionics Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, modifications and repairs of systems;
  • Assemble or modify a variety of electric cables;
  • Develop and interpret plans and drawings;
  • Test the wiring and make the necessary changes;
  • Incorporate changes to technical drawings;
  • Analyse change requests;
  • Act as technical support;
  • Perform other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • Avionics Technology Diploma;
  • E license or in the process of obtaining;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work on flexible working shifts (day and evening);
  • Good adaptability to technological changes;
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada certification standards;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written.

 

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and adjust ground equipment;
  • Modify and / or adapt ground equipment;
  • Perform preventive maintenance on ground equipment;
  • Diagnose problems using applicable manuals and test equipment;
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Professional Diploma in Heavy Vehicle Mechanic;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures manuals;
  • Availability for last minute urgent repairs;
  • Driver’s license (Class 1, an asset);
  • Good knowledge of English, both oral and written;
  • Initiative and autonomy;
  • Teamwork skills.

Juniors Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of aircraft as required;
  • Inspect, repair and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges and test equipment;
  • Write technical reports;Check the structural and mechanical systems of aircraft and ensure that these systems meet the performance and safety requirements of Transport Canada and the company;
  • Be prepared to travel across Canada and occasionally in other countries.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Diploma;
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work on flexible working shifts (day and evening);
  • Valid passport;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written.

Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, determine the minimum and maximum levels of stocks;
  • Treat requisitions materials;
  • Prepare orders for production;
  • Participate in cyclical accounts;
  • Keep the store clean and organized;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management;
  • Experience in the aviation field, an asset;
  • Good knowledge of quality control during the receiving spare part process;
  • Knowledge of IT and the following software : SAP, CFSS, Quantum, Syteline, AMS, DRMIS, an asset;
  • Knowledge in shipping goods;
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods management, an asset;
  • Knowledge of aeronautical tool management, an asset;
  • Being in good physical shape (able to lift merchandise of maximum 50 pounds);
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written.
