Our available positions

Accounting technician

Responsibilities:

  • Verification, coding, entry and payment of invoices;
  • Invoicing and accounting for payments received;
  • Monitoring of customer accounts;
  • Production of administrative documents;
  • Participation in the month-end process and the production of financial statements;
  • Perform the bookkeeping of the company;
  • File and archive documents;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications :

  • AEC/DEP in accounting or other training deemed relevant;
  • 3 years minimum of revelant experience;
  • Knowledge of the software Avantages (or similar software);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
  • Good knowledge of English,  both oral and written;
  • Focused, methodical and attention to detail;
  • Discretion and respect of the rules of confidentiality.

Aircraft Cleaner

Responsibilities:

  • Clean interior and exterior of aircraft;
  • Keep the shed clean;
  • Manipulate cleaning products and equipment;
  • Make sure to meet the quality requirements and follow established safety rules;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma;
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (janitor, laborer, warehouse);
  • Experience in the aviation field, an asset;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • Good manual dexterity and thoroughness ;
  • Good physical shape;
  • Excellent team spirit.

Working conditions:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm
  • Salary : $16.00 /hour

In-Flight Service Manager

  • Design and update company standards and documentation related to in-flight services including the In-Flight Service Manual and the Passenger Check-in Manual;
  • Conduct industry benchmarking to keep abreast of market trends and best practices;
  • Participate in the flight attendant selection and recruitment process;
  • Oversee a department of 35 flight attendants and a check-in agent, in collaboration with the Cabin Safety Manager;
  • Conduct annual evaluations of all flight attendants and the check-in agent;
  • Provide training on service standards to flight attendants;
  • Establish guidelines for flight attendant dress code and manage all uniform speculation;
  • Review and approve all flight attendants expense report forms and time sheets in coordination with the accounting department;
  • Review and modify flight attendant schedules in coordination with the crew scheduler and ensure that appropriate rest time is provided after each flight;
  • Perform observation flights to validate service delivery, products and new concepts in order to make recommendations;
  • Conduct bi-annual meetings with flight attendants and in charge flight attendants;
  • Ensure the management of onboard service equipment;
  • Participate in daily operations meetings and follow up with stakeholders as required;
  • Follows up on SMS reports related to cabin or check-in services or other proactive administrative reports;
  • Maintain flight attendant qualification;
  • Perform any other related tasks to in-flight service.

Qualifications

  • Hold a high school diploma;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a flight attendant;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service;
  • Experience in personnel management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

Production Director

Responsabilities

  • Supervise, plan, organize, direct and control various production activities of aircraft maintenance work;
  • Ensure that deadlines are respected in connection with inspections by coordinating work between sectors and according to production schedules;
  • Establish working methods that will ensure optimal use of operations;
  • Ensure collaboration between the maintenance department and the operations department when changes need to be made to the inspection grid;
  • Ensure coordination between the maintenance department and the operations department when flight schedule changes occur to maximize fleet utilization and facilitate the fulfillment of maintenance requirements;
  • Establish an equipment maintenance plan and ensure its compliance;
  • Participate in meetings aimed at resolving technical problems experienced internally;
  • Get involved in improvement projects and expense monitoring;
  • Analyze various problems, recommend solutions and ensure the follow-up of various activities related to quality in order to achieve the set objectives;
  • Lead the production committee;
  • Collaborate with human resources and floor supervisors to ensure a work environment free from danger to the health and safety of workers;
  • Collaborate with human resources for hiring, training, discipline, evaluation, remuneration and dismissal of staff under his charge;
  • Maintain a pleasant and motivating work environment, and ensure that internal policies are applied in a fair and equitable manner;
  • Supervise and coordinate inventory management, rental of hangar space and equipment.

Qualifications

Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Make arrangements for all company staff and crew movements;
  • Coordinate staff, and passenger accommodations;
  • Inform employees about the different destinations;
  • Work in coordination with the Crew Scheduling Manager;
  • Coordinate all payment and transaction records with the accounting department;
  • Participate actively in the process of continuous improvement of our methods, practices and adhere to the safety management system;
  • Ensure the required interventions concerning the various situations raised by the customers or the carrier (ex: modifications, cancellations, absences, delays, etc.);
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualification:

  • Hold a high school diploma;
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar position or in the travel field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written;
  • Spanish spoken and written, an asset;
  • Availability to receive emergency calls outside of his regular hours;
