Our available positions

Aircraft Interior Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Make the installation of aircraft interior finishing elements such as the seats, linings, toilets and storage space;
  • To monitor the installation, the wiring, piping and insulation;
  • Ensure compliance with customer expectations and design methods;
  • Be prepared to travel regularly across Canada and occasionally in other countries.

 

The candidate must meet the following requirements::

  • Hold a professional degree in a related field, an asset;
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work on flexible working shifts (day, evening and weekend);
  • Good manual dexterity;
  • Being in good physical shape;
  • Experience in the aviation industry, an asset.

Aircraft Structures Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to prescription, technical drawings, manuals and other procedures;
  • Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
  • Perform routine maintenance and reporting;
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
  • Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation’s quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule;
  • Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
  • Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;
  • Adhere to and implement safety policies;
  • Perform other related duties.

 

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
  • Mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability;
  • Familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual and sheet-metal tools;
  • Excellent judgment and attention to details;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written.

Heavy Maintenance Planner

Responsabilities:

  • Produce and review maintenance forecast for required maintenance tasks and prepare work packages;
  • Prepare long terms maintenance forecast, when required, for work planning purposes;
  • Produce aircraft work packages as required and loads into maintenance timeline database;
  • Produce heavy check production plan and evaluate downtime and manpower requirements;
  • Ensure all components, parts and material are available with each aircraft work package;
  • Coordinate the adjustments to the maintenance scheduling due to operational changes;
  • Coordinate with external service provider required to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Perform any other related duties.

 

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Technical experience in aircraft maintenance; M2 license an asset;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Schedules;
  • Working knowledge and understanding of RAAS software; an asset;
  • Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturer manuals (AMM, IPC, MPD); an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written;
  • Resourcefulness and team spirit;
  • Good analytical, organization skills and reasoning spirit;
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines

Ramp Agent

Responsabilities:

  • Cleaning the aircrafts;
  • Perform guiding aircraft ground;
  • Carry out the towing aircraft;
  • Perform refueling aircraft;
  • Make the arrivals and departures of flights;
  • Assisting the aircraft deicing crew;
  • Assist the maintenance crew to prepare the aircraft;
  • Perform loading / unloading luggage;
  • Escort passengers and flight personnel on the ramp;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work on flexible working shifts (day, evening and week-end);
  • Valid driver’s license (class 1, an asset);
  • Experience in the aviation industry, an asset;
  • Being in a good physical shape;
  • Ability to work in different weather conditions.

Working conditions:

  • Salary : $18.00/ hour

Technical writer

Responsibilities:

  • Define and describe work instructions for the maintenance or repair of an aircraft for maintenance department;
  • Research, document and develop detailed procedures to include the operator, checklists, technical specifications, field alert bulletins, training materials and other procedures and reports as required by the company;
  • Develop and review technical documents for content, accuracy and format;
  • Work with Structured-Authoring Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Adobe Illustrator, SGML-based writing, Microsoft SharePoint, and other applications, including interactive manuals and desktop publishing;
  • Evaluate task completion time and optimize implementation deadlines;
  • Work with all departments, including but not limited to maintenance department;
  • Create and update all work cards (AD’s, SB’s, ICA’s, MPD’s, AMD’s) to perform maintenance on the aircraft or its components;
  • Provide technical support to maintenance department;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in aeronautics, an asset;
  • Understanding of aviation systems and their interfaces;
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio and Autocad software;
  • Good understanding of quality assurance guidelines, Service Bulletin, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalog;
  • Experience with desktop publishing tools and word processing;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Strong skills in technical writing of manuals, policies and procedures;
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written;
  • Experience in the aviation field, an asset;
  • Excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
  • Resourcefulness and team spirit.
